We’re excited to announce this year’s IB Day of Action: The Helping Paws Initiative! This campaign supports local animal shelters and promotes pet adoption. Member firms will work with their teams and communities to collect supplies, volunteer time, and share adoptable pets—directly impacting animals waiting for loving homes.
Firms are encouraged to host supply drives, sponsor adoptions, and partner with shelters or rescues. High-need items include food, treats, toys, leashes, blankets, crates, litter, cleaning supplies, and pet store gift cards. Teams can also volunteer—walking dogs, cleaning kennels, or assisting with adoption events—or run fundraisers to help cover adoption or medical fees.
Shelters often face overcrowding and limited resources. Your support provides comfort, care, and visibility to help more animals find permanent homes.
